| As per request here is my 6 week Ph cycle log. Back Ground: I havent been in the gym for over a year and half now. I have been working out gradually since the beginning of May 2007 trying to get myself back in shape. With my Frustration not being able to hit the same weights as i once did. Ive decided to do another PH cycle and beat the living shit out of my self back into shape. | As nutrition goes 180 grams of protein a day (Food Varies) and try not to go over 50 grams of carbs a day (i wanna get that body fat down i find it very agitating). I was hoping to start doing a Cut for 6 months but my joints kill. Im gonna focus on streight and mass but not a full out bulk (i dont wanna look like a juice pig). Each morning will consist of light cardio (20 mins)and abs work out (4 sets @ 15 reps) THE SPLIT Monday - chest\tris Tuesday- back\arms\fore arms\ Wednesday- Legs\Shoulders Thur-Sat- repeat Sunday Full out Cardio\abs 12 - 15 reps per set (most likely 10-11 per set) 9 sets per muscle group I dont wanna injure myself on cycle that would be a big BIG waste. |

| Any advice or criticism would be apreciated. I wanna stay ON POINT with this CYCLE. I will be starting week 3 on Monday June 11 2007. I will be checking in during the week and posting any usefull information that I may discover. I would also apreciate ur input and will reply. Main Log updates will be done every Sunday on my progress. At the moment i do have a couple of questions![SIZE=14] If you look at Week 6 i am still debating on adding 5 g of M1T on the Final Week. Is it a low enough dose to add in? Would that be a wise choice to add 5 g of M1T on the final week or is it just stupid and asking for TROUBLE? I dont wanna be a big bad mother fucker in a BOX. ( i just read that sentence a 2nd time around and isnt that 1 of the 3 main reasons why most people work out? hehe) Please let me know. Thanks!:) Cant wait to finally try the Epistane\Leviathan tommorow. Im pretty excited!:) |

| 50g of carbs on cycle I almost missed that you are going into week 3 already. Since you are already in it i guess i should wish you good luck and hit the weights hard. I think you probably would have got more out of your cycle if you did a little recomp first though. The sups look good for the most part. Taking the glutamine up to about 15g per day made a big difference for me in recovery time and lifting endurance. Are you just not including your pwo shake? |

| I'd say the details of the cycle look pretty good. I have a couple of suggestions and questions. 1st suggestion is to forget the M1T due to the health risks, and also the glutamine, since it's just not effective with oral administration. Also, w/ the 4 squirts of 4Derm, is it 2 squirts twice a day, 12 hrs apart or all at once. I'd def. recommend splitting it, since that'd give you 24 hr. delivery. I've always gone w/ 4 squirts at each dose, totalling 8 per day, but w/ this stack, 4 squirts a day may well be enough. I'd also say you need to get at LEAST 1 gram of protein per lb. of bodywight, esp. while cutting. Probably more would be better since you're on cycle. Absolutely you're going to need more than 50 grams of carbs per day, unless I misread your plan. At 50 grams per day i would say you won't have near enough energy for your workouts and will fel terrible. Otherwise, it looks like you have a pretty solid plan. I'm sure a few other guys will chime in and offer their perspectives, so you can take something from everyone. Good luck and keep us informed. |

| Im taking CytoSport Complete Whey Protein, Cocoa Bean, hitting 180 grams of protein a day. After hearing ur suggestions im gonna hit 200 grams of protein. The M1T is history... How about some Superdrol @ a very low dossage during the last week would that be ok? (Its just a shame... I got tons of M1T and a bottle of Superdrol that i never plan on doing a full real cycle with. Just taking up space in my freezer. But if its gonna kill or do some serious damage to me... In the garbage it GOES!) If the SD @ a low dose is ok, how many mg? or should i just forget it... I got more than enough im my cycle already...no need for that little extra kick during the last week? And the main question... How many grams of carbs should i take per day? im 5'5" 180 lbs @ 31% body fat (I was hoping to lower my body fat% down) |

| Finished my first week of Epistane on week 3. Im pretty impressed.... After a year and a half of sitting on my ass doing office work. Sleeping when i get a chance. Abusing my body partying with alcohol and illegal substances, its almost like i never left the gym. I also spent the year eating lots and lots of fast food. After adding the Epistane my mood is up. Motivation is up. Strenght is at par at my peek when i was just running creatine and no2. My arms are up to par when i finished a 1AD cycle. That impressed me the most. The rest of my body is catching up pretty fast. I also notice PUMPS that just dont go away. I would even feel them the day after. That felt good. I wanna see what happens after week 4 especially when i add in the 11-OXO |

| Completed Week 4 So far strenght is up 10-20 pounds My weight is up 2 pounds Bf is still 30% I caught something on Wednesday @work. Some inconsiderate fuck came into the office with a sore throat and cough, and now i have it and pratically the whole floor. I layed off the weights Wednesday to Friday this week (what a waste) and had to squeeze in pratically my whole work out schedule yesterday. Saturday - Chest,Back,Legs,Shoulders Sunday - Abs Thats fuckin BS and now i have to repeat the same muscle groups this week before they even fully recover. Im still coughing like a MF and everyone @work is sick.....:/ So im taking Buckleys for the sore throat and cough, ginger tea and Halls cough drops. So far only a strenght increase this week. I look harder and my stomach doesnt buldge out as bad but my BF% is still the same. Honestly i havent been doing my cardio this week due to current circumstances. Ill get my shit together on that this week and hopefully i still wont be sick. The Leviathan, I honestly want to cut it out. I cant eat because of that shit and I love eating. Plus my body and mood doesnt agree with fatburners. Fat burners always bring down my mood. Also that feelings when u dont wanna eat... personally i think thats fucked up. Im excited to see what will happens after Week 5. It would be nice to see some weight gain on the scale. |

| I had a pretty good mood going on w/ Leviathan. It suppressed the appetite to an extent, but that's expected and desired w/ most ppl using a fat burner, to stay whithin their limits as far as calorie consumption goes. |
