| I am planning a cycle in 2 weeks. I will be using it during my cutting. I know about water retention from 4ad but I do not mind since it will not affect the fina results. Stats: 210lbs, 8.2%BF (DEXA measured so I know it is accurate) 6'0 tall, 110/56 BP, 47 resting HR. RMR was tested at 2,800 Cal so that puts my BMR around 3200-3300 with dialy activities (excluding cardio) I have done a cycle before about 6 months ago. 300mg 1-test transdermal, 800mg 1,4 andro for 4 weeks. Had some nice gains. I want to run the 4ad/4OH only cycle because I have everything and I do not need to buy any stuff. I also got some lethargy from the 1-test and I cannot afford that right now because I am really busy for the next couple of months (trying to finish my thesis before I start med school) My question is how much 4ad/4-oh would be an appropriate dosage? I am only going to run this for 4 weeks. Thanks for the advice SZ |

| Btw what do you plan to use for pct?I have to do a cycle of 4derm but i really have trouble finding nolva here in Greece |

| Well if the 4-AD is an oral you will probably need at least 1.5 g daily to see comparable gains. If it is a transdermal probably 700-1000 mg. |

| Hey there, read your post on 4ad/4oh, would it be alright to use formestane and or 6oxo for pct, never have tried nolv, and help would be apprec. |
