| Last summer I was up to about 2.5 packs a day. I quit a few times since i was 16. I want to quit again. I was wondering what you did to quit smoking? I ordered gaba to help relax me and I cut back from a pack a day to half pack a day. Now Since im on my bulk I find myself smoking 4-7 cigarettes a day. I need the extra push to help me quit. I was thinking of trying the nicoderm patches or the nicorette gum. I mean I can go like 10-12hrs w/o a smoke. I been downing water when i want to smoke and now find myself going through a bottle of water in 2-3 minutes and having to pee like a racehorse. I generally drink 6 bottles a day. Or when i dont have water I drink apple juice or cranberry juice Since it's good for the kidneys. Any advice as to how to quit smoking.I Don't have insurance to pay for the laser surgery to quit smoking . Im serious and find myself wheezing and difficulty breathing. I have an inhaler and I'm prone to getting bronchitis. I have yet to have it since January. I take nyquil sometimes to help calm down also. I find it just leaves me gassy as a pregnant cow and kind of hungry. |

| if your bulking, smoke weed instead of cigs. it will also help with ur appetite. plus its way more fun. |

| First off, how in the hell can you smoke 2.5 packs a day. I quit smoking a year or so ago simply because it was affecting my endurance in the weight room and everyday life. I decreased the # of cig's i smoked daily until i got to the point where it was just one or two. Then i completely quit and never looked back. In my opinion, its all about personal strength, getting your mind away from the thoughts of smoking. |

k, i want some feed back on this. I find that girls that smoke have a smelly pussy. not like a not clean pussy. Just a smell that only comes with girls that smoke. Anyone else notice this? |

im not saying it stop me  just something I notice.The girls i have noticed it on where very clean. no bush, just smelly. I first figured it out when i was a junior in HS. Just think about it next time. Im probley a bit more anal about the smell because I like to go down on girls but will not go anywhere near that with my face if there is funk. (thank god for the old scratch the lip trick  ) |
