| Why on earth would you think there is something to be gained by going with Deutsche Post (germany post) to Canada? The previous setup of USPS/Canada Post worked splendidly, no, someone had to mess with it and go with Deutsche post. The result? Packages that use to take a week, 10 days at the most, coming to Canada, now take 3 full weeks AND MORE. This is simply unacceptable, and yet, no other shipping option is available. I don't know the reason for the change, I'm not saving any money but it is costing me plenty of time. Please fix this!!!  Thanks. |

| I have the exact same question: WHY??!! This has been my first order with 1Fast400 because I had heard some good things about them. Apparently there was a button somewhere where I could have chosen FedEx or Deutsche Post??? I don't know, I certainly didn't see anything or I would have never picked a foreign post service. Regardless, my order was place on the 25th of May. It's now the beginning of July and I still don't have it!! This is beyond ridiculous. I do most of my purchasing online and have NEVER waited this long for anything. I'm leaving for summer holidays soon. I thought I had given myself enough time for the order to come in. I didn't realize that 5 weeks wasn't enough time. Who knows how long it will be until it gets here. I've sent in a request to credit my credit card and cancel my order. They can't even tell me where it is because it's "not traceable". Why would you jeopardize your customer satisfaction by using such a horrible carrier? In the end, you will not be further ahead considering the customers who simply will not order at all. |

| Did they stop shipping to Canada? Google Checkout will not let me complete my order because "Bulk Nutrition does not ship to Canada"... I sent them an email last week and called, but no reply. Anyone else from Canada trying to order? |

| Nevermind my last post...I'm blind.. I didn't even see the other Checkout option, above the Google Checkout button. Someone called me back two days ago and told me about it. I placed my order on Monday, July 9, using the International Shipping option. I'll post back when I receive it in case any other Canadians are looking for an estimate of how long a shipment can take. -Dale |

| Hi, Yeah I hate those gov't dumbasses. Incidentally, I contacted the Border Services agency before I placed my order to check whether or not my order would make it across. They took about two weeks to reply, and they told me to contact Health Canada....  I didn't bother because I'm sure I would not have gotten a response yet.But anyhow, my order arrived today!  It was quicker than I expected, I must say. I placed the order on the 9th, added to it on the 11th, and it was shipped on the 12th.For those whose orders never arrived, I'd try contacting Border Services by phone (if you can) and asking them. I've heard that they don't let any kind of hormone supplements across, so if you had anything like that in your order they probably held it. And if they did, please give them the hardest time you possibly can... Just in case anyone's curious about whether or not the following items will be allowed across, this is what I ordered: -taurine -glucuronolactone -anhydrous caffeine -piracetam -aniracetam Good luck to all! | Yeah, I am also unable to make a new post - guess we need a few before we can create one. Anyhow, I'm in the same boat. First time ordering here, almost three weeks now and no sign of the delivery. I'm hoping it comes before the holidays as I will have trouble signing for it if DP requires someone to be at home. Hopefully it works out - I know it is a hectic time for the shippers so there can be some delays. |

It states an estimate on each shipping method When i made an order to the UK waaay before christmas -15th dec- it said [international shipping 5-10 days] or whatever. I figured it'd take that long mabe a couple of days or so over but definately arrive before new year. I still haven't got my order nearly a month after it was shipped on the 16th!! I love the selection BN |

| BN don't always update their shipping details as soon as something happens. I heard nothing for a week and then, after it was updated, it said my order was sent off the day after i ordered, even without rush handling. Have faith... |

| Hi My order shipped on January 29th. Today is March 4th and no delivery yet to Montreal, Canada. With faster delivery, I'm a repeat customer. This situation is not to my taste at all. I have dealt with Deutch delivery before (other merchant) and they take forever. Everytime, I buy something on internet, USPS and UPS are very fast and reliable. |

| forget deustche post. though its the same company as DHL 2 entirely different services. and major reason why it takes so damned long is because the package travel half way around the world first.. eg travels a while through the states then to europe and then onwards etc eg a pack to china could be done quick if it went usa to china but they dont do it that way more as an example takes its time in the usa and then to germany or some other locations in europe and more delays then finally to china. hence fedex / ups/ dhl / usps are better options. USPS airmail is way better than deutsche bullshit post usually arrives within a week or slightly over. |

...if bn had the usps priority option i would choose that. nowhere does it say that they are going to use deustche post or whatever the fuck it is, they give the 11 dollar option which is labelled 'international shipping, and 2 fed ex options (which are more than double intl shipping)...nowhere do they tell you that your package is going to take tour of the globe before reaching destination...pretty f'n retarded business move/decision on BN's part if you ask me. I'll use their forums but wont buy shit from BN anymore...well unless this BS gets fixed. |

| If you want fast and reliable delivery of your orders, use FedEx. You may think $30 is a lot to pay, but you are almost guaranteed to get your package in 2-3 days depending on where in Canada you live. Global Mail aka Deutsche Post aka DHL uses a sneaky method of bulk shipping of packages through Customs (no, they do NOT go to Germany! Deutsche Post bought DHL and is now the largest postal company in the world. Just check their website), and then re-mailing them via Canada Post. Blame them, not BN. And blame yourself for thinking you're getting a good deal by sacrificing speed and reliability for a few measly bucks. Besides, I challenge anyone to find another supplement company that offers a lower price for FedEx! (Just a satisfied customer of BN.) |

| I placed a small order of just plasmajet on the 24 of April 2008. From what im reading i should expect to recieve it in like late july possibly augest if it even comes. I live in Hamilton Ontario and like most Canadian customers will most likely boycot BN and shop elsewhere. |
