Tips on taking Phenibut

[PRODUCT]1661[/PRODUCT] Since Phenibut is extremely bitter, I've found that Crystal Light Lemonade goes really well with it. You can actually take your time drinking it. I've tried hot coffee, which was a big mistake. Orange juice, and other juice flavors like fruit punch, raspberry, iced tea, etc... all don't seem to do the job like lemonade.<br><br>Just a friendly tip. You can also mix in Piracetam (another bitter nootropic) and the Lemonade will cover it up really well.

Does anyone have any experience in testing the potentiating effects of mixing phenibut with valerian, kava, l-theanine, or l-glutaming?

Crystal Light really really helps. I too tried the coffee thing one...bad idea.

The Best Phenibut I have found (the only one I use now) is from BN's sister company? Discount Anabolics. It is the strongest & cleanest (as in mood elevation)

Somebody wrote that he mixed baking soda in w/ Phenibut to lower the acidicy to near alkaline. I tried it and don't recommend it. blink.gif It did not sit well in the stomach & I have a cast iron one.

I always take L-theanine (I like NOW'S Suntheanine) w/ Phenibut. I also take Piracetam
& Choline w/ the fist dose too. It is supposed to potentiate Phen.

what kind of effects do you guys get from phen. i take piracetam on school days, and definately notice increased attention, motivation, an ability to recall information

curious how phenibut fits in... does it just give a relaxing, calming effect or what?

I want to Know why would you experient with that BS. I like 30mg/day Ritalin if needed and 10mg paxil before bed.

It's like cocaine and MDMA-SWEET!

Just try BUSPAR or xanax!

Ritalin is a Schedule II Controlled Substance which means it has a high potential for abuse & addiction. Almost pure Speed/Amphetamine. Doc's are very cautious to give it to you.

Phenibut is Mild compared to that.

I use Xanax. I don't get any Mood Elevation w/ it.

I get bigtime mood elevation when Phenibut. First few times you use it, you may experience mania. It still makes me spend $$ I don't have when I use it. It makes you very social. It calms you also.

Well xanax is a schedual II drug also and it is addictive unlike ritalin is only habit forming, but not adictive like amphatamine.

I tried Paxil. I think it was 40mg per day. It did nothing.

Xanax is a Schedule IV controlled drug. Fairly safe.

tried this stuff. At one point I was on a high and the crash bang...cud not move...flatmates had to carry me to bed....needless to say it had been a hard day at work
