That all actually depends... First I would ask are you taking any supplements or are you actually getting the "pumps" when you workout? Most people refer to "back pumps" when they are talking about pain in their kidney's often caused from harsh supplements or steroids. Sometimes it can be cured with plenty of water (at least 64 oz a day if not more), a type of liver/ kidney protectant and taurine (cause it's considered a detox agent, often given to patients with hepatitis and cardio diseases). If this is not the case for you and it's happens during the exercise it could be the muscles in the lower back tightening from strain. You can attempt to lessen this by wearing a belt, going with a lighter weight or stretching before hand.

I appreciate response. Now that you mention the kidney part i do recall that it does primarly happen when i'm taking something. I just finished up a pmax cycle and didnt get the problem until the last few days on it but i would probably chalk it up to the pills.

Yea bro, I would say P-Max is strong enough to do this to you. I'm currently running sustEVOL myself and I'm having to drink loads of water. What your feeling is basically your kidneys drying out... a little more hydration should take care of it and make it easier for your body to flush itself. One thing is for sure too much water never did any harm... I know a guy at the gym who had to have a kidney stone removed, the doc basically told him it was from creatine and not enough water. You can imagine is something as light as creatine can do that to you what a PH or stronger can do.

Currently on my second week taking Evo. Labs Sustevol along with Tren xtreme first week gained 8lbs. Not bad for being 6 foot 9 290lbs. Along with 300g. protein a day, creatine before and after workout, joint supplement twice a day, natural vitamin twice daily, xtreme liver once daily.

PCT: American Cellular Labs, xtreme liver, xtreme estro, nolva along with protein

Let me know if I should add anything to PCT or anything else

taurine doesn't do fukall. at least not for me. ive only felt backpumps while using 17aa steroids or pro-hormones...never experienced them with anything else. Actually thats not entirely true because I never experience them while using dbol, dbol being the only 17aa steroid that did NOT cause them for me. superdrol, halo, phera, m1t all gave severe back pumps. When I asked ppl about them, i got different answers...the most sensible one claiming that androgen receptors located in the kidneys are responsible for augmenting the stimulation of red blood cell production, increasing concentration of hemoglobin, thus increasing BP. I have asked alot of ppl, did my own research and believe the regulation of erythropoiesis, and the elevated workload put on the kidneys (to produce erythropoietin)...teamed with elevated BP is the cause of lower back pumps.

...the only reason I can think of that dbol doesn't cause mylower back to cramp and 'pump' is because of its relatively low rate of binding to AR?
