Im fucking flat as a pancake

Carb depleting is no fun.
During yesterdays training session, my knees were literally shaking from low
blood sugar, and this was while i was hitting shoulders and biceps.
Im just glad my strength has leveled off and isnt decreasing anymore, in fact I actually got a few more reps this time around.
I actually have regular updated logs in
other forums,
