well basically im gonna have to goto have an xray done to check if its a fracture.
if nothing checks out at the xray, it qualifies me to have an MRI done (for soft tissue damage)

i hope its nothing serious. for now im going to wear the sports ankle brace and do low impact cardio on the elliptical instead of the treadmill. doesnt mean it wont be intense tongue.gif

im down to about 173 lbs now.
finally got a bodytape thingamajig at vitaminshoppe

and my waist is 31 inches, WOOT!

and my cock is......... well .....had trouble measuring it unsure.gif

laugh.gif jk.

...and the doctor said?

for now he just wanted to put me on some naproxen or ibuprofen
but i just told him not to give me any anti inflammatories since itll only hinder my progress.

it was a wasted doctors visit.
had to frikkin pay 15 dollars for the co-pay. mad.gif

not to mention when i got outside, a pigeon took a huge shit on my head. mad.gif mad.gif

my ankle is feeling MUCH better today. gonna do the elliptical tommorow.

despite my ankle and being outta commision for a week.
i still kept my diet to the T,
didnt lose any muscle or gained fat.
not going to let something like a sprained ankle stop me
from entering bodybuilding.

anyway, got new pictures that i decided to take today.

Nice man!!! Down 5 lbs and looking noticeably leaner. cool.gif You have great shape and symmetry. Getting shredded will be no prob if you stay on track. Can you say teen champ? Keep it up!!

Moderate elliptical every other day for 20 minutes will do the trick. Ice it after, if it hurts.

FYI, we are 15 weeks out. At 12 weeks out, I will be in town for the Hercules with James. My plan is to pose on Friday (Jun 27) after 7pm and train back on Saturday (Jun 28) between the prejudging (noon) and finals (6pm). After that we will change up your diet.

haha i remember last time you came, i was OUT OF SHAPE.
1 set of lat pulldowns was enough to make me tired.

Just dont be disapointed when I lift less than you lol.
I do need help on posing. Im sure we'll get that fixed.
And I have no clue how my posing routine should go.

We'll get everything taken care of im sure.
Im rooting for you and your quest for the pro card!

You have some sick legs.

Ankle injuries suck. Laid me out of the gym for about 3 months.

Jacked and Tan status!

good work Op.

Jacked and tan..... its a way of life

_______________________________
Went to the gym yesterday, my ankle felt considerably better out of nowhere
Did chest and triceps, bench went down considerably due to the weakening of triceps again.... GREAT.... dry.gif

triceps were the main focus of this workout since it needed heavy strengthening so that i can do chest workouts properly without having triceps hamper the workout.

did incline bench press
incline flyes
flat benchpress
dips
hammer strength press
tricep pulldown
tricep extensions

triceps were killed. too easily. dry.gif
lost about 60 lbs on bench due to lack of tricep workouts in the past few weeks.
being able to push 235-245 for reps was easy back before my cut.
had a hard time pushing up 185 for reps.

gonna hit the triceps hard the next few weeks and get my numbers back up hopefully while on a cut.

flys on the other hand were great on hitting the chest since the triceps didnt get in the way.

after this i did 22 minutes cardio, on a treadmill 3 mph, 15 incline.
hosed down in my sweat, frikkin 95 degrees in the cardio floor since its ground level and no air conditioning.

still pushed through the cardio.

ankles were perfectly fine after the cardio, and ice wasnt needed.
ankles are fine today as well.... weird... the pain just went away. just like that.

Decided to get a bloodwork, and just got the results a week ago.

Anyway. things are pretty ok, besides the liver and cholesterol.

Liver enzymes are slightly above the normal, which is pretty normal for people who lift weights on a regular basis
So thats fine.

but cholesterol is a HYOOOOOOOOOOOJ problem lol.

Total cholesterol is 224 and LDL is 185. Normal LDL levels are below 110.
Grandma also has high cholesterol, so this was expected. but mine are worse,
so i think that the dirty bulking all year long has something to do with that.

Doc wont put me on statins or anything so im kinda stoked on what to do about that.
