been working out lately (gee what a surprise)

lifts are slowly creeping up, the only weight that i find increasing very easily is squats.



saw some skirt yesterday at the gym, hopefully theyll be there today or tommorow. biggrin.gif
one of em looked like she was lost and shit, so might go talk to her today after my workout and hopefully, "get to know her better" namean?

176 lbs now. gay.


strength is down a bit on most lifts.
i am 16 weeks out from competition. hope i do well. kinda effed up on my first few weeks and lost a shitload of muscle.

right now, im gonna get some xtend and green tea caps for the beginning of my cut.
may possibly add lipo 6x or leviathan as the weeks pass.

AT least my diets back on track, with Riches diet plan.



anyway, did legs today

half assed squats ...... gay i know, i wimped out when i felt my back getting weak.
wont happen again.
but at least i got my act together on the leg extensions and leg press.

did the leg extensions exactly how trey brewer did, squeezing hard at the top for a second or two and going down slowly.

leg curls were a bitch, burned my hamstrings soooo much. ended up getting a calf cramp at the last set. still went through the cramp.

had to grab the rails to walk up the staircase to get to the cardio place.
after the workout i went on the treadmill and speedwalked for 24 minutes at 3 mph
on a steep incline.

i was just scared cuz, there might be some big teenagers competing.
but then again.... looking at their conditioning last year september, it wasnt all that great.

Good luck broski...get the diet on point, bust out some cardio and get sliced up. If I were still living in NYC I'd definitely come out and support y'all. Smash them weights and update this journal more often!

Not to hate on ya bro, but how is 3mph speed walking? When I walk on the treadmill I keep it set at 4.5mph, and on a 3.0 incline

i go at 3 mph but at 9-12 incline.

anyway, cardio is grinded to a HALT.
ankles are officially busted.
think its a ligament or a tendon on the top side of my foot.
when i move my ankle around, its a SHARP pain.

cant even walk on it or else the foot hurts like a mofo.

its either a hairline fracture or a type II or maybe III sprain.
for now its just speculation

but either way im limping around in my house.
mondays cardio KILLED the ankle. it was moderately sprained but
i didnt feel like skimping out on the cardio.

horrible idea.


gonna goto a doc tommmorow and have xray and mri done
to check for any torn soft tissue or fractured bone.
