hit the gym today

clean energy


did chest and tri's

flat bench
warm up with 135 8 reps (felt weird, my shoulders felt like they were being torn)

then did
205 x 6 reps
205 x 4 reps
185 x 6 reps

incline bench 135 x 8 reps 3 sets

incline dumbell bench
50 lbs 7 reps 3 sets

dumbell flyes 50 lbs 7 reps 3 sets

then i did dips 3 sets 8 reps
and skull crushers 75 lbs 8 reps 3 sets

clean energy.

update. Been REALLY busy these days. exams and had a fever

went to the gym yesterday after like a week layoff.


some decent strength gains actualy

225x 7 reps <- new PR
225 x 7 reps (3 reps assisted)
185 x 4 reps <-strength just dropped at this point

then did incline

135 x 8
155 x 6
155 x 5
155 x 5

did some chest flys and then did biceps curls (different varieties which i wont get into since i have to leave for school now)

pretty good workout although endurance was F*cked

also had a cheeseburger pre workout which was a pretty fucking retarded idea because i got the worst case of stomach pain/cramp throughout my workout
felt as if i was kneekicked in the stomach.

Im back BITTTCHESSSS!!!

Strength is up like crazy, diet changed everything, broke new plateaus
gaining size.

my delts and traps are coming in nicely, arms were always my forte.
upper pecs is what i have to focus on.

anyway i gained 30 lbs on my bench since, im lifting
235 lbs x 7 reps.

I found out my bench was weak before, due to my weak triceps. but i fixed that.

im squatting around 345 lbs right now for 7-8 reps

deadlifts are at 365 lbs 8 reps.

makes your heart pound like crazy.

Did some back today.


lat pull downs
90 lbs for warm up
110 lbs aclimating.
140 lbs x 6 reps
160 lbs x 8 reps
150 lbs x 8 reps

close grip lat pull downs

140 lbs x 6 reps 3 sets


finished off with some pull ups.

did some biceps

lats were freakin pumped.

i feel as if i coulda hit the lats a bit harder
with some row exercises.

oh well
next time is gonna be slaughter.

I'd do your pullups before you do any lat pulldowns. I actually wouldn't do conventional lat pulldowns if your doing pullups, but i'd keep the cg.

waaah. dont feel like lifting today.

felt like crap this entire morning. i woke up, went to brush my teeth and as i was standing up, it felt like my chest would explode and i was just staring at the sink for 5 minutes.
weird. might have to get that checked up.

the cold kills me dry.gif

took some prescription zyrtec to alleviate the runny nose/secretion symptoms

and may take aller x (prescription methscopolamine/pseudoephedrine)
to keep the passageways clear.
since i dont have the access to codeine, im gonna stick to a less psychoactive
drug, theobromine, load up on that chocolate.

lots of water too. and multi-v's


colds are such a nuisance.



Rich, do i dump in flax oil in here? or how else should i add in fats? carbs are easy (blended oats)

gonna hit the gym up tommorw, gonna pack some food into my bag so i can get about 2000 calories during school. gonna go straight to the gym after school and then meet up with my step dad at Grand Central to go food shopping smile.gif

Just had a porterhouse steak, freaking 51 dollars for 2 steaks, but quality over quantity, right Rich? tongue.gif

that steak was EFFFIN delicious. no dressing or bbq sauce needed. flavor all on its own.
