ok guys

had a great chest workout yesterday

bench press
warmed up with 85 lbs
175 8 reps
205 4 reps
205 2 reps

incline bench press
warmed up with 95 8 reps
then did
135 lbs 5 reps
145 3 reps
145 2 reps
135 4 reps

incline flyes
40 lbs 8 reps 3 sets

isolateral dumbell chest press (right pec)
40 lbs 8 reps 2 sets <-to keep up with my left pec in size

then i did dips 8 reps 2 sets

my triceps need a ton of work, another huge factor into why i burnout sooo fast on bench press, my tri's give out before my chest does.

I have the same problem with my bench.

As mentioned several times before, I highly recommend cutting periodically to keep it lean. Strength gains are typically not hindered if eating just below maintenance with moderate amounts of cardio. I am in the middle of a 3-week cut right now myself.

got some clean energy throughout the workout.
sipped on the bulk BCAA's while working out.

tastes sooo much worse than CEE but oh well.

did legs

squats
315 x 9
315 x 6
315 x 5

leg curls
50 lbs x 10
50 lbs x 10
50 lbs x 8

hamstring curls
30 x 12
30 x 10
30 x 10

legs are absolutely blasted.

the rest was about 30 seconds.

GREAT intensity i might add
threw up as i was walking home but swallowed that back in.

feel nauseous now

might take mass fx in two weeks.

i heard it produced some good strength gains.

EDIT: aww fuck, its banned by INBF also.

people were claiming it was non hormonal. guess not.
apparently its a steroid found in plants.

would x factor be a good addition on a cut?
i was going to use it, however it takes soo long to load (so much money spent)

If you want to take in BCAAs, get some Xtend.

But since you're bulking and eating massive amounts of protein, BCAAs aren't necessary. I think it's better geared towards people who don't get enough protein in the diet, and endurance athletes.

I feel like I recover better when I sip on BCAA's and Glutamine during my workout and I take in about 300-400 grams of protein a day but I do believe that people would benefit more if they took in less protein.

I might have to try Xtend. been hearing some good things.
