hope to see some strength increases over last week, im just about pumped to get into the gym, but gotta wait till at least 3 o clock when the gym opens sad.gif
school starts tommorow so imma use the weight room there for chest day, today is purely back, biceps and forearms.

Yeah buddy, the big guy getting bigger, haha! No cutting for you huh? VERY nice work!! Keep it up.

Casein is a better meal replacement as it stays with you longer. If trying to keep cost down, just mix a scoop of 100% casein powder with a scoop of whey.

Don't forget your essential fatty acids. Buy some flax oil or better yet Udo's Oil by Flora and add it to your shakes.

If things go well for me with my gains in the next 1-2 months, you'll be seeing me in NYC in mid-September on stage! biggrin.gif

never expected you had NYC in mind.
if you make it, then ill be there
you just gotta tell me where the show is gonna be

ill definitely buy some casein tommorow, i think its quite cost efficient since ill only have to use whey post workout.

and yeah im just too small to cut down, gotta hit 200's first tongue.gif

As a young lifter, I remember going into the gym and seeing some really big, strong dudes lifting heavy weights, clapping chalk, and making a lot of noise. The music playing on the stereo made you want to work out the moment you walked inside. This has been replaced by a bunch of pencil neck “trainers” with extra-medium muscle shirts and small shorts running around with clipboards having their clients balance on top of a swimming pool ball, juggle dumbbells, and recite their ABCs backwards. - Paul Caldwell

planning to add 2 days of cardio each week, 20-25 minute jogs each

according to rich, it makes you more efficient at lifting,
and many others seem to validate that statement

when i asked around at usp labs forums they said that it makes the body more efficient at utlizing calories

Congrats on your great gains and winning the bulkfest contest! Keep eating up and training hard and the gains will keep coming.

Power butter is pretty good stuff and I like using it when I'm in a pinch. I will probably pick some up for when I go on vacation next month. I bring a few slices of wheat bread and whole fruit jelly for snacks.

You need to be sure to hit your back from all angles. I always begin my back days with deadlifts and then include some type of pullups/pulldowns for width and bent-over rows for middle back thickness. I will then throw in a fourth move to further blast the back as its so large of an area. I also make sure to include one type of isolateral move whether dumbbell, one-arm cable or hammer strength to isolate one side at a time. Keep that back growing! You'll need your wings for when you hit the stage wink.gif
