Hey Hat_eku:

You must have an amazing recuperation time: You work out each body part 3 times a week. WOW!! I wish i could do that.

That looks like a modified HIT training program.

You'll like this one alot.. wink.gif

The funny thing, I got my wisdom teeth out the day I got the product.. The next day I took 6 caps 30mins prior to lifting.. I had veins show up in places I didn' think they'd pop from.. No joke, I've tried alot of nitric oxide boosters, and this one works well for me.. I'm on a very low-carb competition diet right now, so the pump helps bigtime! biggrin.gif

Does this just need to be taken before workouts or every day?

Posted by: ed72338 Apr 1 2007, 12:20 AM
I was reading the FAQ and it appears you only need to take it preworkout. I don't know if there is any benefit taking it on off days.

Sorry...been really busy lately. As i'm nearing the end of this test i'm not as tolerant to it as i was before. I believe i may pick up a NO drink and try adding it to see if it will give me an extra boost.

Been havin good pumps here lately. When i'm done with my workout my whole body feels swole so this is great. I have noticed a slight increase in strength but nothin to really brag about.

Just finished up with the product. It was a pretty good no booster. On a scale 1-10 i'd give it a 6. This is because toward the end of the bottle the effects started to be less aparent, but were good up to the last 7-8 days. Thanks designers supps for letting me test your product.
