| Hey Everyone, I'm working on duplicating my thermo product that has been discontinued. My previous product had ephedra listed as: Ephedra (ephedra sinica) extract (root) 166.67 mg 6% ephedrine, 10 mg this was for 1 tablet, supposed to take 2 per dose, for a total of 20 mg. Using Ephedrine HCI 25 mg, is that 100% ephedrine and if so would 1 tablet of that be the same as 2 tabs of my previous product (except for the 5 mg difference) or is the HCI stronger since the previous product had 6% ephedrine. Anybody have any idea? Thanks |

| go to the grocery store and buy primetene mist tablets. I think they are 20mgs per tab of ephedrine hcl. but yes you want the straight ephedrine hcl if posiible. |

| Yeah one tab of ephedrine HCl would be about equal to two tabs of the previous product. A cheap EC replacement is Vasopro Ephedrine HCl + 1Fast400 caffeine. |

| How much of a dosage would you take of each? And I've also heard of people adding apirin to the stack. Is this regular OTC aspirin or is it completely different? |

| If your using it pre workout, Id ditch the aspirin. Yes, iys regular old OTC aspirin, but I would just as well leave it out. |

Depends on your tolerance level to stimulants. 25-100 mg ephedrine and 200-500 mg caffeine. The aspirin is not a good idea unless fat loss is your only goal, and even then the benefit is questionable. |

25-100 mg? No a single serving of an EC stack would be 20-25 mg of Ephedrine and 200 mg of Caffiene. Aspirin only significantly helps obese people. |

I was speaking in terms of daily dose. The amounts you listed are the "standard," yes. However, they have no basis in the research, that (indirectly) indicates that higher amounts of caffeine are not necessary to potentiate the effect of ephedrine. We see the same interaction with nicotine and caffeine. And, if you take too much caffeine, it will have a number of negative effects.
