I was speaking in terms of daily dose. The amounts you listed are the "standard," yes. However, they have no basis in the research, that (indirectly) indicates that higher amounts of
caffeine are not necessary to potentiate the effect of ephedrine. We see the same interaction with nicotine and
caffeine. And, if you take too much
caffeine, it will have a number of negative effects.
