The one I was going for last summer was 800 in leg press. I did 820 It was my proudest gym moment.
FUCK! That's heavy for a female. I've never maxed out on Leg Press, but I'm afraid to try now as I might not even do that much.
My best all time bench press is 505 @ 260lbs. Yes, I was juicing at the time. I dunno what I can put up now. I can still do 405 for 5 reps @ 240lbs. My best squat sux -- 535. My best deadlift is even worser @ 505.

Well, my official maxes are in my sig, but the other day I was just going for PRs and Monday I squatted 335 5 times, and benched 225(that all I aimed for, I probably could have done more)
Official Max outs are in 3 weeks, will post those later

I'm a girl so this won't sound like much to you guys, but it might be more than others. My max flat bench press is 65 lb dumb bells (yes, 1 in each hand). I did 3 reps with that. I prefer DB's to the bar, it's easier on my shoulders. Not sure what my max squat is but my max leg press is 7 plates each side, so I guess that's 630 lbs. I did 8 reps tho, so I probably could have gone heavier if I'd tried.
thats very impressive, better than 90 percent of all my friends.

proudest moment? Suffering a 3rd degree ACL strain, being bumped out of the OR for a more severe surgery to be postponed by 1 year! then rebuilding my knee to now be able to squat 300lbs!
and in december 07, my saddest moment will be when i have surgery and lose that hard work, only to start over will be a nice challenge tho

Yeah a 500lb raw bench is pathetic. How correct you are.
Once you get up to that kind of weight you kinda have to throw out that bodyweight ratio shit. 500lbs is 500lbs.

i def think you could hit 315 in 7 months. i bet if you did some powerlifting, you would nail 315.

Unless you're planning on juicing and/or gaining about 25 lbs b/w now and then, it may be a bit unrealistic. Again, if you're bulking, even without juice, you may be able to hit it in 7 months. But, you;d prolly hav to gain about 25lbs.

Just be careful. I shot up to a 325lb bench after about 8 months of training and my shoulders haven't been the same since.
You tendons and ligaments and joints don't get as strong as fast as your muscles.

60lbs in 7 months really shouldnt be that hard to get. That would mean you would have to gain 8.5lbs on bench every month. My bench increased by 50lbs since October and i havent been bulking.
