Today I Deadlifted my pb it was 455. I am pretty pumped about that. And then I did 405 for 1 set of 3 I wowed myself today.

my PR on the chest press is 300 / whole stack. I've also done the whole stack on the leg extension machine.

woh hey now i posted that cuz its my fav lift. For some ppl its bench others squats or curls but mines shrugs. Its supposed to be a positive thing to help push ppl to the next level. To answer the question on why i maxed out on shrugs its cuz i max out on very thing to judge my results from my routine. Besides traps are a kick ass addition to a good physique.

A2G Squat 315 four times when I was 185 lbs. That was a few weeks ago, havent tried that much since then.

Maybe in a month or two I'll see what my one rep max is. Anyways, that might not be much for some, but I was pretty proud to push three plates per side four times.

i maxed out tonight on neck raises. i put a neck chain on with 2 45's and then i sucked my boyfriends dick for a half hour. he counted 200 raises but i counted 215.

I'm a girl so this won't sound like much to you guys, but it might be more than others. laugh.gif My max flat bench press is 65 lb dumb bells (yes, 1 in each hand). I did 3 reps with that. I prefer DB's to the bar, it's easier on my shoulders. Not sure what my max squat is but my max leg press is 7 plates each side, so I guess that's 630 lbs. I did 8 reps tho, so I probably could have gone heavier if I'd tried.

The one I was going for last summer was 800 in leg press. I did 820 biggrin.gif It was my proudest gym moment.
