Thanks for the props bro, will post some updated pics when I've made some more progress. Best of luck in the NYC show this week bro. You were robbed last year in the "board shorts" category...or whatever the official title of that one was. Kill em this year!

Yeah...I just like to have the progress. I don't want to be stuck on '07's #'s in '08. If I benched 315 in '07 then I want 320+ in '08. As long as I can have some year-over-year progression in the strength dept, while still continuing to work towards the physique I want, then I'm a happy camper.
