Started with DB's on my chest, palms facing each other, then pressed them up, then out wide for a fly, then back down and up...repeat. Good stuff.

Sounds beautiful!! Lucky dog! We are gonna start in San Diego then basically take the Pacific Coast Highway up to San Fran in 5-7 days. We will spend our most time in the LA area training with Milos Sarcev in Fullerton and then hit up Venice. A true pilgrimage. I hope to have my WNBF pro card by then and focusing on offseason mode.

Probably won't be able to walk so well this weekend tho.

Planning to do an Epistane/ Methoxy TST stack. Waiting to hear word back from Vitruvian about when I'll be able to log Drive/ RPM though. I'm hoping to run the PH's, then do the RPM/ Drive either during PCT or afterwards.

I've actually never ran any PH's, but I've read a lot of reviews on here of people saying the same thing...lethargy, bad moods, etc. I'm sitting on Epistane, Methoxy TST and like 2.5 bottles of M-Drol, so I might as well sack up and do 'em.
