The "press-to-fly" thing was harder than I thought it'd be. Started with DB's on my chest, palms facing each other, then pressed them up, then out wide for a fly, then back down and up...repeat. Good stuff.

We are gonna start in San Diego then basically take the Pacific Coast Highway up to San Fran in 5-7 days. We will spend our most time in the LA area training with Milos Sarcev in Fullerton and then hit up Venice. A true pilgrimage. I hope to have my WNBF pro card by then and focusing on offseason mode. biggrin.gif

Planning to do an Epistane/Methoxy TST stack. Waiting to hear word back from Vitruvian about when I'll be able to log Drive/RPM though. I'm hoping to run the PH's, then do the RPM/Drive either during PCT or afterwards.

I'm looking to do a DRIVE/RPM run here around summer time. From everything i've heard about it, why not give it a try. I really want to try and stay away from PH these days. I hate the feeling of coming off them, strength for me went down and my sense of well being wasnt there. Keep us posted on what you do

I've actually never ran any PH's, but I've read a lot of reviews on here of people saying the same thing...lethargy, bad moods, etc. I'm sitting on Epistane, Methoxy TST and like 2.5 bottles of M-Drol, so I might as well sack up and do 'em.
