| The bottle (1fast400) says each 1/4 teaspoon is 420 mg but the serving size is only 100 mg, so thats like 1/4 of 1/4 of a teaspoon or 1/16 if my maths right, its prolly not cuz i havent done this 4 a while but regardless u get the point. How much are u taking. do u take it all in 1 dose or divided. I've been doing just a smidge of it. Would the full 1/4 tsp (420mg) b overkill. thnx yo |

| maybe i'm not reading this right but if i am- 1 serving of said mystery product is ¼ teaspoon yielding 420mg of powder- one serving is 100 mg. take the yohimbe powder-¼ teaspoon is 240mg and ideal dosing is listed as 20mg so you would want to take 1/20th of ¼ teaspoon- to get ideal dosing as listed on the label. if it says ¼ teaspoon is 420mg and u want 100mg you will have to do the dividing- i.e th 1/16th that u got- to get the dose. but if that includes filler and not just active ingredient you will need to redo the math- thats clear as mud but without looking at the exact product its about as sure as i can be |
