See the article below. 7-oxo-DHEA is better for the majority of purposes.

shpongled, Sir; I read and accordingly undestand from Mr. Tolson's articles on 7-oxo that the product is a strong anti-cortisol. What would you suggest to add with and/or offcycle with the product to synegistically increase its anticortisol activity.. The purpose for question is I am a very obese individual who is on an extreme restricted low-carb diabetic diet with substantial supplementation of anti-sugar herbs, vitamins, and minerals with a problematic level of cortisol and estrogen. Below in the ps I go into other details just in case they are needed to respond to my query. Jim, P.S. Additional supplementation specifically is dim, forskolin (trade marked), fo-ti, guggal, selenium (yeast), vanadyl sulfate, brewer's yeast, vit b complex, mag-cal, ascorbic acid, ascorbic calcium, dhea, pregnenelone, n-acetyl-tyrosine, and non specifically several other thyroid thermogenic, anti diabetic, amino, proteins, and gh promoters.

Phosphatidylserine is expensive but the research on cortisol reduction is promising. |

Thank you David, After doing 2 hours of net searching I note that on both cortisol reduction use of phosadyl serine "remedies" and on phosadyl serine intellect improving (with phosatidyl choline) remedies, BACOPA keeps coming up. And bacopa is never alone but always with PS on cortisol remedies. Since its price runs from a 1/3 to 1/2 of PS by itself is it also anti-cortisol by itself or anticortisol only in synergistic conjunction with ps? Jim

I don't believe I have come across anything indicating that bacopa reduces cortisol but I haven't done a lot of research on it. It is likely that it reduces stress-induced increases in cortisol but that is different. There is an animal study indicating that it could increase T3 (good for fat loss). Bacopa is also good as an inexpensive nootropic, it is one of the ones that has worked in healthy people in double-blind trials.
