 Day 17Date: 3-21-07 (Wednesday) Morning Weight: 181.0 Current Supplements: Dosing:T-Force2 caps x 4 times daily (45 Day Test) Anabolic Pump1 cap x 3 times daily (30 Day Test) The Workout Quads & Hams BB Squats 4 warm-ups 3 sets total of 335 BB straight leg deadlift 3 sets at 385 BB lunges 2 sets at 135p Leg Curls 3 sets at 210 Leg Ext. 2 sets at STACK SLEEP: 8hrs. Good sleep! STRENGTH: Felt okay today. Def felt like a good workout but the strength wasn't all there APPETITE: Good. AGGRESSION: None yet ENDURANCE: Good. LIBIDO: Same as its been PUMPS: Still good pumps even tho I wasn't moving the weights I would have liked to. MOOD: good. ACNE: none. ACHES: None. ENERGY LEVELS: Good! OVERALL: I would have really liked to go into the gym and move more weight than that...kinda sucks but I guess we all have our bad days. Never the less, I still felt awesome in there....good pumps and still felt as if I got a good workout.

 Day 18Date: 3-22-07 (Thursday) Morning Weight: 180.2 Current Supplements: Dosing:T-Force2 caps x 4 times daily (45 Day Test) Anabolic Pump1 cap x 3 times daily (30 Day Test) The Workout Bi's, Forearms, & Abs BB curl 3 sets at 125 DB Hammer Curl 3 sets at 55 Standing DB curls 2 sets at 55 Seated set of 21's Only used 30lbs and was dead at the end of one set... Cable Rope Crunches 3 sets at 225 SLEEP: Pretty good. I think it was like 7 hours but felt good in the morning STRENGTH: Felt good. Nice to get back to Straight BB curls APPETITE: Been the same as past days. I have noticed tho that if I stay up later, since I'm not eating many carbs at all past 8pm, I get more hungry then I would normally given the same situation. The AP is craving carbs. I feel like a junky every night craving my heroin! NOTE: Please Do Not Relate AP with HeroinAGGRESSION: None yet ENDURANCE: Good. LIBIDO: About the same as its been. I guess increased from normal. I credit this to the T-Force PUMPS: Pumps and Vascularity were awesome. MOOD: good. ACNE: none. ACHES: Back but thats understandable after yesterday's workout ENERGY LEVELS: Good. OVERALL: I feel like I had my best day in the gym so far this week today. weights were being moved and had great Pumps. I also had awesome vascularity going with the arm excercises. I love This Stack!!!!

 *Posting has been sub-par recently...sorry guys! Been super busy with job interviewing and school. Anyways, I still have been doing the normal 5-day a week routine. This week starts on Tuesday tho b/c of being too busy Monday to hit the gym. Everything will be pushed back a day... Had to wake up early and drive 3 hours back to school just so I can go to class and do nothing...should have took my time getting back and slept in. STRENGTH: Feeling really good. Was lifting alone today so probably could have pushed a another rep out in some areas. APPETITE: Good. AGGRESSION: None yet ENDURANCE: Good. LIBIDO: Good. PUMPS: Once again were awesome. MOOD: Really good ACNE: Started breaking out a little however some face soap cleared that up. ACHES: None. ENERGY LEVELS: Were still up. I'm telling you: AP + Carbs = OVERALL: Pretty good workout for being low on sleep and working out w/o the partner. I'll be hitting legs tomorrow and then throwing back in later in the week.

I was up till 2am studying for a test and was up at 7am for class. STRENGTH: Felt much better than last weeks leg day APPETITE: Good. AGGRESSION: I still haven't noticed anything here yet. I guess that's okay ENDURANCE: Good. LIBIDO: Same as its been PUMPS: Pretty good pumps throughout MOOD: good. ACNE: none. ACHES: None. ENERGY LEVELS: Good OVERALL: After a shitty leg day last week, this is what i needed. Seemed to have gone up in weights again. Now hopefully the body weight will continue to drop and the weights will continue to increase on the lifts.

I seem to be maintaining if not gaining and all while losing weight! APPETITE: Same AGGRESSION: Still none. I have noticed the past week tho that I do get annoyed a lot easier. ENDURANCE: Good. First time in a while I did bent over rows. Didn't do anything craazy in weight but was nice to get back into doin them MOOD: Good ACNE: None ACHES: None ENERGY LEVELS: Goooood! I still felt pumped an hour + after my workout. MOOD: good. ACNE: none. ACHES: None. ENERGY LEVELS: Good. OVERALL: Had an awesome day. B/c I pushed everything back a day, I was able to have the gym basically to myself. Was nice being able to use anything at any time.
