Hey, I've recently been suggested to take
ZMA and I was wondering if it is worth the money(I have not heard much about it other than from a friend of mine)
Basicly right now im taking the following:
-Pre-Workout 5gs Creatine(I was taking
NO-Xplode, but I will probably give it away and just start taking a few other things after reading the pre-workout supp thread)
-Post Workout
Six Star Advanced
Creatine and
Muscle Juice-Before Bed Centrum Multi Vitamin,
Muscle Juice.
Should I add
ZMA to it? If so, is this product a good
ZMA product to add?
