Nah, I guess you mean bulking, cutting, recomping, strength, hypertrophy, goals, etc. Hard to say...I'm not really sure right now. I'd like to get HYOOOOGE and be like 270 or 280 but I'm not trying to eat like a BB'er, every 2 hours and shit. Might try to recomp a bit, maybe try to stay in the 250-260 range but cut a % or three.
Wanna get stronger too, increase my bench/squat/deadlift. Kinda already met all my 2007 goals and I'm trying to figure out where I wanna go next.
I'm 27 years old.
