For anyone who has used Mikes methoxy powder, how have you used it? I was thinking of trying some just to add to my shake or creatine drink. Is the taste bearable? Feedback is appreciated!

Haven't tried the Methoxy, but Ipriflavone has no taste at all.

Do you know if ipriflavone has anything effect on glucose metabolism or if there is an optimal time to take it? I was thinking of just dumping like 500-1000mg in with my Swole twice a day. I haven't seen any studies indicating that it would, but I thought I would ask anyway.

I could be grossly mistaken on this, but I thought Spook said that Methoxy and Ipri are converted into the same active substance in the liver - just that Ipri requires a slightly larger dose (maybe 40-50% higher). I see a study showing Ipriflavone to increase bone-density via a non-estrogenic mechanism, but nothing regarding glucose metabolism.

I don't believe Spook said that, as very little is known about the pharmacokinetic profile of methoxy. He just said that they yielded the same effect anecdotally but that ipriflavone required a higher dose. I don't recall either having effects on glucose metabolism.
