I need some ideas of productive shit to do after work on days I'm not hitting the gym. Sitting at home watching TV and not smoking induces mild anxiety and irritability (gotta love withdrawal!). Kinna sucks on days I don't -- nurfs (reduces) my apetite a little.

Outdoor stuff wont happen until next month or so (not that I couldn't "play" in 60-65°F weather, I just don't want to;)). Only things I can think of to do inside involve eating. (maybe its also slight retardation from smoking, but I didn't admit to that!)

Considering the calories, fat and sugars that are typically in most alcoholic beverages, you'd think that they would be "worse" for your body than smoking, which has no nutritional value.

The smoking will damage your lungs and make you lazier, which could affect your body if you let it get to the point where you no longer train because of it, but that's probably it.

Put everything you can into a cup-size serving (or whatever size you want to put on it), screw the top on and stick it on the blender. ZINNNNNNNG, done. Unscrew, take the top off and enjoy. Its basically a user-friendly blender with minimal cleanup. The cups go in the dishwasher like any other cup.

No, thats not what I implied at all. It COULD be argued that there is a potential for cannabis consumption to be counterproductive due to hormonal changes, but this argument would be based on outdated, recently refuted, government studies designed to fuel propaganda.

Yes. Salvia is one of the most powerful psychedelics in existence. Right up there with smoked DMT. You have to burn it hard, with the flame to the bowl the entire time you hit it. You have to HOLD IT IN. as long as you can. This is very important.

Best to smoke out of a short pipe with a bic lighter.

Salvinorin is very soluble in water and the smoke will cool to the point it which some of the salvinorin will remain in the water pipe... therefore water pipes should be avoided.

Also the vaporizer didn't work because the Salvinorin has to get VERY HOT before it vaporises, not like THC.

Salvia sucks shit....I've experienced with a lot of different substances and I have to say that was a terrible experience. I don't know if the stuff I had was really low quality or what, but I hit it hard with a hot flame the whole time and I got extremely dizzy, i instantly felt like i was covered with ants that were kinda nibbling at me (not as sharp as a bite), and I couldn't see shit...vision blurred very intensely.

If you think it's better than acid...you've never hit some strong window pane...that shit will destroy your mind. It's been so long since I came across anything like that anyways....stick to the jolly green giant. If it's as nice as Alan says, that's all you need man...stuff in FL is either good or crap.
