it's not recomended but people do use them without any problems. Use at your own risk or ask the doc so it's on his head wink.gif

A majority of Americans have a heart murmur to some degree.

I have had a minor one all my life checked on approximately every 3-4 years.

I've taken stims, "fat burners", etc. with no complications.

This is a very personal decision, and if it worries you, know that it is YOUR responsibility, none of ours.

Everyone is different.

More people have heart murmurs than know they do. And Im sure there are those who take fat burners etc and have no adverse effects.

The doc found that I had a heart murmur about 3 years ago, said that it was fine and didnt set any restrictions for it. So Ive taken fat burners, stims, etc... with no harm.

However, it is a personal decision, and if you are worried about it consult your physician.
