
If working out is a priority for you, drinking is probably not the best idea because it will do nothing for you. A beer or two for that social occasion is probably not a big deal but you know yourself better than I do. If one or two beers becomes two forty ounce beers than its not a good idea. Next time you decide to use a methylized oral you should think twice and understand where your priorities are. Good luck....and IMO if your drinking then drop
