what is the best anti-estrogen to stack with 4-AD to prevent water retention, gyno, etc.? is aromazap any good, or is it absolutely necessary to take a transdermal like e-form?

e-form or buy some formestane powder and dump that into your 4-ad

it's true that i may not need it to prevent gyno, but i'm cutting and would rather not deal with unnecessary water retention. it will just obscure results.

if i buy formestane powder, how much should i put into a bottle of 4derm if i'm using 8 sprays (400mg) per day?

If thats the case you would be better off using 1T,M1T, or M-Dien depending on your experience. Those will serve your purposes much better and save you money since you won't need an ante e during cycle. JMHO wink.gif

seeing as how this is my first cycle, that may be a bit overambitious. i'd rather at least start out on the safe side.

If you're using MD you do need an anti-e. Search about it on AM

if i was u i will do a shorter cycle folowed buy a good PCT and see ur blodd work befor while on PH then after recovery. progesterone can induce very bad side effect.

i will find a good doctor befor starting a PH cycle

i would keep in hand a good anti estro/progest... like legal prescription drug ur doctor should know about this stuff . juste in case

PH should been used carfully . as a side effect u may be castrated.

Judging by his english I don't even think he knows what castrated means.. Maybe he meant loss of libido? But that's not even a side effect of 4-AD.. So I don't know..

Just use a 1-test dermal or 1-ad. Thats all you need for cutting.
