For me
Rhodiola was terrible. On day 1, had one 500 mg capsule in the evening, felt okay, nothing great nothing awful. On day two, had one capsule in the morning. Then in the afternoon took 2 capsules. That is when the problems started happening. Now, I am a stimulant type of person-- I generally do very well on them. I take 400 mg
caffeine daily, I do well on ephedrine (which I don't take now). Okay, so after 2 capsules R. I think I am ok (don't feel any great effects though) but trying to drive home on the highway I freak. Normally there is some kind of innate connection when you are driving so that you don't have to think when to use the accelorator and when to break. Well for me
Rhodiola broke that connection. The connection was not there. Thus I panicked. I barely was able to drive home, really slow 50 mph on the freeway. Equally bad, ALSO,
Rhodiola slowed down my metabolism. I felt terrible and was constipated within 12 hours. It felt like I was on lithium (don't ask). Took a day and a half for R. to get out of my system and feel normal. I realize that some
herbs are good for some and bad for others. I have just tried Bacopa (recommended by another on this forum) and took well to it. Bacopa is Like ephedrine--very deep muscular energy--and lasting 4 hours. Hey guys thanks-- If you are interested I will post my results with
Piracetam.

Have not tried it yet--next weekend to start.
