Replenish Post Workout

When i busted the Replenish out @ the gym today it was like i had been hiding a secret.  I must have answered 10 questions about it and believe that a couple of the guys were sold because of my assurance in the product.

Im glad to be back.

That's a cool little side note. biggrin.gif

Keep up the great work man!

I have finished my supply of Designer Nutritions Replenish and i would first like to say thank you to Designer Supplements as well as 40-yard dash_2 for supplying this product to me for a trial.

There are a few things i would like to cover...

Recovery - I can honestly say that i have never used another product that has this substantial of a difference in my muscle recovery. I do not get cramps, sore pains etc. any more. This seems as if possibly i have been conditioned to expect this but i simply do not feel soreness from one muscle group affecting another while using replenish.

Taste - As i wrote in my first post, it tastes great! Tastes like any other WPI with minor grit. As long as you have a good shaker to mix it with, you will be fine. No hint of any amino's or CEE which are both known to cause flavor issues.

Mixability - It mixed very easily and fully. It did not stick to the container at all. When mixed in a shaker it causes a little "foam" and also minor pressure, both are not problems but are worth noting.

Notes - The scoop size is not the standard "protein scoop" that is used in almost every product. The scoop supplied is about 1.5 of the normal ones. If you cannot fine the scoop when you get your product either match the size gram by gram or just use approximately 3 "protein scoop" scoops.

I would like to run a couple weeks "off", with my old post workout regimen to evaluate the differences. I expect correlation between Replenish and higher recovery but i will not assume.

Please watch for updates and please ask if you have any questions!

Thanks Again DS, GREAT WORK!!!!

thanks bud, i would like to get a little more in-depth but because of the strict time constraints they gave me there were a couple variables that could have been averted.

Either way, the Replenish prevailed! smile.gif

I will be ordering more as soon as my store gets it in stock...

We appreciate the detailed review man. Excellent work and I'm glad that you were impressed with the product. You sir did an exceptional job in managing and updating your log, therefore you'll definitely be considered in the future for any Designer Supplements testing. Thanks, and best of luck!

Augmented Recovery Matrix 8g
[A blend of: Leucine, Isoleucine and 4-hydroxy-isolueucine]

How much of each amino is in this mix?

Creatine Ethyl Ester 1g
Protein 30g
BCAA 8g

Pretty good combo.
