[PRODUCT]1533[/PRODUCT] well, you were all right about the taste. I have come up with a solution though. My potency is calling for 1/4 tsp for a 2g yeild. I mix the 1/4tsp with 4 oz of ICE COLD water and half of a packet of splenda and it really helps calm down the bitterness of the Creatine. If this is too much work, just put the splenda on your tounge, then put the creatine down the hatch. Hope it helps. --- Props to BN, this was my second order, and both came in 48 hrs. or u can always take it with ur protein shake... that way u dont taste it at all

1/4 tsp = 860mg according to my label.

It does modify the taste of the shake. Just man up and drink it. tongue.gif

i didnt think the tatse of Bulks cee was that bad (its not good either) But I used to love mixing it with bulks CM powder It tasted like lemonade. You could try that not only for taste of course , CM is a great supplement

why not just dump 1/4 tsp in your mouth and wash it right down with water. It's over in like 5 sec. Beside, the taste isn't that bad rolleyes.gif

I have 2 ways of doing it:

1) Put a scoop on a 1/4 size piece of bread. Ball up the bread really tight with the CEE in the middle. Swallow the ball whole with a big mouthfull of water or cool aid or whatever.

2) buy pitted prunes and put the CCE in the middle where the pit used to be. Swallow with big mouthful of liquid.
