| thanks guys... i had a rear lat spread but it is off angle to the camera... i get that alot about my back. i had a left quad injury 3 months ago that put me down for awhile. i am just now getting back into heavy squats. |

thanks we have a very small, non-fitness oriented school. the record is 350, standing since 1996. 700 kids 6-12 grade |

| We have been doing a two week on-off deal... Here are my last two weeks, also i am going to start a log for Designer Nutrition Replenish within a few weeks in which i will keep a detailed training log. Week 1[U] 1. Widegrip PullUps - x15, x15. Closegrip Pullups - x15, x15. 2. Deadlifts, Overhand Grip - 135x8, 135x8, 225x5, 315x5, 405x3, 435x3, 455x3 3. Bentover Rows, 55%angle, Underhand - 135x10, 225x10, 235x10, 235x10, 240x9 4. Lat Pulldowns - Wide Grip - 160x10, 160x9, 160x9 5. Dumbbell Rows - 125 x 18, 125x15, 125x 15 Week 2[U] 1. Widegrip PullUps - x15, x15. Closegrip Pullups - x15, x15. 2. Bentover Rows, 55%angle, Overhand - 135x10, 235x10, 245x10, 245x10, 255x7 3. Lat Pulldowns - Close/Mid Grip - 160x10, 160x9, 160x9 4. Dumbbell Rows - 125 x 18, 125x15, 125x 15 5. Seated Rows - 180x12, 180x10, 175x9 On back we make sure that we always keep our elbows in to our body and keep excellent form. We have been working with some Power lifting friends on our dead lifts to bring them up a little and i believe it is thickening my lats. Thanks for the compliments Guys! |

| Great job on the bulking up and strength gains. Building up those lats will help big time with your bench too with the right form. |

thanks!!! i have been benching pretty well lately... I do mostly bodybuidling style, slow negative w/ explosive positive. tapping my upper chest/clavicle. i have been repping 295 for 8 or 9, 315 for 6. |

i do widegrip upright rows to hit my shoulders more and yes i do quite a bit of shrugs, 125lb dumbbells for 20 squeezing every other rep. or up to 405 for 20 bar, squeezing every other rep... |
