How much
protein are you consuming with this
protein shake? I notice when I’m consuming an excessive amount of
protein I experience these similar symptoms.
I have learned to space my
protein out a little more throughout the day for the same total
protein amount. It seems to have alleviated much of these symptoms.
Also, if you're introducing a big difference in total daily
protein intake, your body might not have had time to adjust.
However, if you have been experiencing this problem for awhile, I would lower my
protein intake a little.
If this fixes your problem, then you know where your daily
protein intake level should be.
