Almost didn't train at all today. Working outside in the sun way to much Friday and Saturday zapped me of all energy. I layed on that bench for a good 30m before I actually grabbed the bar and started benching. Glad I did because it felt so damn good to have 400lbs in my hands and press it up. Granted it was only around 4-5 inches.

May was a wash out, litterally... Past two weeks haven't touched the barbell once but never fear I've been extremely active and completely wiped out. Mentally and physically wiped out. Time to restart back over and get back on track. Got plenty of time before my next meet in Oct. I should be back to full form with in a month bar any other set backs.

I loose and drop weight way to easy. I've been eating okay, probably around the 3000 - 3500 mark but I've been running myself ragged, not training at all and sweating my ass off so that really helped to plung my weight down quickly.

Yep, I needed to be Tanned and Jacked for the summer. rolleyes.gif


I wanted to get down to about 205 so I can pack on some more lean mass while staying under 220 but I didn't want to get down to 205 until around the end of July beginning of August. I dropped way to much to fast and feel pretty weak because of it.

Nope, but I don't mind going out and helping others that need it. An entire town just north of me pretty much got wiped off the map by a F5 tornado a few weeks ago and now with all the rain the past month the river running through my town is about to hit record highs and a lot of people have been putting up sandbag walls along the streets, in front of businesses, and homes to help when it does. My house and where I work wont be effected but a lot of places will be. This next weekend is relay for life as well that I will be at. Call me a sucker, I like to make a difference but it's been really wearing on me. It is time to get things back to normal.

I live in NYC.
Im pretty excited to do both bodybuilding and powerlifting. I might be the only lean powerlifter in the meets lol.

I live in NYC.
Im pretty excited to do both bodybuilding and powerlifting. I might be the only lean powerlifter in the meets lol.

Against popular belief on this forum most powerlifters are not complete fat slobs. Once you get down to even the 242 weight class and below most powerlifters are under 20% bodyfat and more. Once you get down below 220 and 198 they are pretty shreaded. Heck even a few of the guys above 242 cary fairly low bodyfat.

Mike wolfe is a prime example of a SHW that is now around the 308 class and is just Jaked to hell. Ryan K. and Scott M. when at the 308 weight class are the same. These guys are huge but pretty lean as well.

I'm in the 220 class and I would not consider myself to be fat but also don't consider myself to be really lean either. Sam Byrd (powerlifter and bodybuilder) and Matt K. are in the 220 class and are EXTREMELY lean.

Well, at 26ft the water was about a block away from my house. I sandbagged the windows around the basement and the back door and evacuated. At 30ft my street is completely flooded and basement is underwater and possibly up to the first floor. It is expected to crest this afternoon at 32ft and take several days to get back below 30ft and possibly late next week to get back under 20ft. 12ft is the normal flood stage for this area. Won't be able to get back online until Monday most likely.

They expected 24ft to be the worse this was going to be.
