Against popular belief on this forum most powerlifters are not complete fat slobs. Once you get down to even the 242 weight class and below most powerlifters are under 20% bodyfat and more. Once you get down below 220 and 198 they are pretty shreaded. Heck even a few of the guys above 242 cary fairly low bodyfat.
Mike wolfe is a prime example of a SHW that is now around the 308 class and is just Jaked to hell. Ryan K. and Scott M. when at the 308 weight class are the same. These guys are huge but pretty lean as well.
I'm in the 220 class and I would not consider myself to be fat but also don't consider myself to be really lean either. Sam Byrd (powerlifter and bodybuilder) and Matt K. are in the 220 class and are EXTREMELY lean.
