 | QUOTE (ShakesAllDay @ Jul 6 2009, 01:50 PM) | | QUOTE (Jason2459 @ Jul 6 2009, 02:41 PM) | | Just use a full 34-36oz of water with it. |
Keep adding water until it tastes like water? I have to do that with NO Xplode (orange) It takes at least 24oz water to cover up the tartness of 3 scoops. I don't know how the fools who use 6 scoops stand it. And, I've mentioned this in another thread, my orange Xtend is rather tart, also. I may be quick on my way back to capped products. Good luck on the aquarium. I always enjoy checkin' out the fishies. I went on a river trip weekend before last and took some goggles. It was sooooo sweet watching the schools of fish swim 3" from your eyes. One guy would drop bread/humans down in front of the guy underwater and the fish would go crazy. 100x better than watching it on TV. |
first trying out the PW was in about 8oz of water with one scoop. That was pretty potent. Then started mixing with 34-36oz and was better but at first was bitter still. Now I'm used to it I guess and don't taste the bitterness anymore. Love Salt water tanks. It's not cheap though. Will take a while to build back up. I'll start redirecting my $20 a month I set aside for gym equipment for tank setup.

 | QUOTE (Succio @ Jul 6 2009, 11:05 AM) | good stuff
I wish I had my own home gym
How much do you think you have roughly spent on it? |
Having my own stuff is awesome. I love it. I've spent quite a bit to build it back up. More then I spent the first time I built up my basement gym. First time I went really cheap and bought pretty much everything used except the plates. Luckly I was able to save the plates as they had a really good coating on them. Still got a bit of rust but was able to scrape it off and repaint. Most expensive thing I've bought now is the power rack I got from Elite FTS. Spent around $1000 for it. Where as I spent $150 for my first one from Play it again Sports. So lets see...Just guess off the top of my head EliteFTS Rack $1000 new Jesup Bar $125 new EliteFTS Box $120 new Zercher Harness $160 new 45/Roman/ GHR $175 new Press machine $1 (got this before they donated it to somewhere else.) used Band Pack $125 new 4 sets of Chains from Menards $90 (on sale) new Over 500lbs of plates $450 (Got these just before the price jump) new Plate Rack $36 used Arm cuffs for leg raises $free (APT) Wraps wrist/knee $free (APT) EFS SS Yoke Bar $300 Westside Bow Bar $200 Rubber mats $70 Ply Wood $36 Around $2886 That's the biggest stuff I guess and what I can think of right now.

Been a long ride with late nights of crying, sinus infection, swine flu, and pneumonia. I'm so out of it but finally forcing myself to get started back up. So, here it goes....
