Okay I found my answers as to what happened to USPLABS product, but has anyone tried the bulk Cissus? If so what is it like, can it be mixed in juice or protein shakes or would I need to cap it?

Thanks.

bulks the way to go, MUCH cheaper. It taste weird but not bad, i mix it with juice. It would probably ruin a protien shake.

Unfortunately im going to have to put Cissus to the test again. I seperated a fucking rib the other night, and will try to use cissus along with other joint supps to try and speed up cartilage repair.

why do you want to get Cissus? Im guessing youre having trouble with you joints?

I dont have any joint injuries right now, but my nephew dislocated his knee cap last week in a highschool football game. I wanted to see how effective Cissus was in conjunction with the standard gluc/MSM/Chon/gelatin on his injury. I have read a couple studies on it and it seems promising in over all recovery of fractures and connective tissue injury.

Well its definitely worth trying. I had nothing but positive results with cissus, and have read lots of positive things from others.

I even gave some of it to my dad who has bad knees. And after only one week he said he felt great. At 12$ for 100g its a pretty cheap experiment. It has helped me in the past with a partially torn rotator. With shoulder rehab exercises and Cissus I made a quick recovery. And like I said now im hoping it will work well speeding up a seperated rib recovery. I feel confident it will atleast a week or two off the normal 2-3 month heal time.

So good luck, hope it works for your nephew too

I find this interesting... I've been on the USP Labs Cissus RX (2 caps twice daily) for the past two months and yesterday I seperated a rib doing cable rows. Never had this happen to me before. Just wanted to throw that out there in case a pattern develops... I'm currently on that and Powerfull...

I just had a quick question regarding the bulk Cissus seeing as that is the only Cissus BN has right now. Anyway, someone mentioned that the way the Cissus is extracted differs in BN's bulk. Could anyone with experience recommend an appropriate dosage for someone in the area of 6'1 200lbs? Thanks.

I took a bottle of the USP Labs Cissus and liked it, but when they ran out I decided to try the bulk 100g.

Mixed with a spoon in just plain water, it does not dissolve well and tastes sort of like a bad cup of tea. It's not terrible and nowhere near as bad as bulk BCAAs (which are vomit-inducing), but it's not a good flavor.

However, at only 1/4 tsp. per serving, I have mixed it in with my shakes and I can't taste it all. Granted, I usually put in two scoops of whey, a scoop of dextrose, and a scoop of malto, so with that much crap in the shake, I'm not sure how anyone could taste it. Plus I use a blender so the cissus seems to mix in fine.

Assuming you wanted to megadose it, using maybe a full teaspoon or more, I still don't think it'd be that bad mixed in with whey.

As to how much you should use, I really have no idea. I just go by the label which recommends 1/4 tsp. twice a day. That's about the same amount as two caps of the USP Labs cissus, twice a day.

thats pretty crazy, cable rows... Seperated ribs are a bitch huh? Im on the second day of the fourth week since i busted mine. Im taking bulk Cissus, Glucosamine, cal/mag/zinc pills, and vit C (read it helps speed healing with this injury) along with all my other regulars.

Ive lost 10-15 lbs already and I am fucking pissed. Ive just started back in the gym doing a bunch of gay stuff. Im thinking about trying some light Squats tonight cause i hate leg pressing.

Blesum how long ago did that happen? Hows it healing? are you still working out? if so whats your routine looking like? What supps are you taking for it?

I weight trained for 3 months without bench or shoulder pressing which I simply cudnt do without the most extreme pain!! Started training light again but the rest did me absoletely no good, it was still the same as before!!

I started pressing within a few days of starting this stuff and within 2 weeks I was back to my best dumbell bench press ever!!

I did lay low on the cage fighting for a couple of months but I'm back training there and absolutely no trouble.

I wud say so far my shoulder is 95% but I know that after another couple of weeks its going to be back to 100%.

I bought 500g of this stuff but will probably only have used 100g by the time its fixed.

I tried capping the stuff but couldnt be bothered with the hassle its easier to put it in your mouth and gulk it down with a big glass of water, not nice but it works!!

In short, if youve got tendon or ligament damage try this stuff, IT WORKS!!!
