| Anyone know how long this stuff stays active. I'm assuming much longer than the hour arginine gives you due to the bypassing the liver. Was wondering if I should be dosing 3g twice a day, or 2g three times a day. |

| I'm not sure, my guess would be only a few hours though. Still I wouldn't sweat it too much if you are only dosing 2x a day. The most important time is preworkout of course. |

I believe it's 600mg per 1/4 tsp if you're using the BN bulk powder. |

| to come back to the question whats the deal now? 2x a day? 3x a day? or if you take 6g something like 1g morning 1g lunch 4g pre workout? |

| I read in a HERS fitness magazine that for long lasting energy and enhanced strength, take 2 to 3 grams of CM along with 1 to 4 grams of tyrosine (each capsule is 1 gram) 30 to 60 minutes before a workout. |
