
I tried some of this yesterday (bought in in June but tried to lay off the stims).
Got up at 9, had breakfast and had a single dose at 9.45
Went training for 10.30. I didn't feel jittery or anything, but was more in the mood to train hard.
Stayed for 2 1/2 hours with basically no rest (1 1/2 or pure pads+ holding and a hour solid doing ring work+ sparring).
Then after about 4 hours rest and food decided it would be good if I did more traiing, so went for a 45 min bike ride to get a major sweat on and did some ab work.
It was like 2am by the time I fell asleep and even then it was a complete restful sleep. Kept waking up (even after traking 1.5g of melotonin).
I can't say if it helped me train harder, but I can for sure put it down to keeping me awake at night (mentally I just wasn't tired, despite having a long ass day sat and training so much sunday)
edit-oh yeah, in a room full of people training and a hoodie on, I was still steaming
