OVERVIEW
-last week i took green Mag to load for a week and i hit the gym 5 days lat week.<br>previous to this i was off creatine for 4 weeks.
-with me switching colleges its been kinda hectic this last week figuring eveythign out so bare with me on the log in the start....measurments will be taken when i have time...they well be doen by the end of this week tho.

- good delt day had good energy went a little to light on my lifts but it was my first real delt day so i didnt know where i was... good pump in through my shoulders and arms felt real good.

haha yeah i did the lifts in order that i posted them my PR is 300 for 6 about 3 months ago but i took off 4 weeks before this log. yeah i think i should have 315 for 10 soon...

thanks SCT glad to see someone following the log i can really push my self at college in a nice gyma dn with a huge meal plan i can just eat eat eat and that helps more than anything if keep eatign liek this i can see my gains just keep going up.

Week 2 Overview
Weight 178lbs up 3lbs from last weigh in. that 6 lbs gains so far form the start.

- strenght still going up weight is way up and i dont feel like im gaining to much fat, so im not complaining. my plan is to bulk until i hit 195, so lets do it! had some good intense workouts as you can see from the log...my max for benchpress before the log was 185X10 reps and 245X1 and my 10 rep i snow up 15lbs i think thats a good gain in 3 weeks and i think ill go up another 5 this friday.

hell yeah!! got a new PR in dead lift i used chalk today so my hands wouldent slip and i banged out 10 reps with a 1 sec rest at the bottom of every rep stayign in rythem. I LOVE GAINS!

didn't have access to the same scale i use so i couldent weigh in.

this week i still had some good PR's and focused workouts. feels good to keep gaining. i hope i get my squat back to 315 for 10 and my max bench press to 275

water and food are still my biggest goal when training it can really make or break that days workout if im lackign in either of the 2

- well today i got my allergy shots...and i get them right in my triceps...1cc in each one 2 hrs before i went to work out...oops.

- energy was good, but my arms hurt befor i even got to the gym but i needed the PR because i missed it last week and i gotta keep gaining.

- my weight is up sp thats good i want to get to 185 for a bit then hold for a month or 2 then bulk to 195-200 and then im gonna go at my first hardcore cut

- im about half way through the log now and progress is still good, im very impressed

- i had a mid-semester break this week so i missed 2 days of lifting because the gym was closed

- yesterday on the legpress i struggled alot and felt a pop in the back of my head and got very bad headaches and pain. iv had this happen befor so im not worried...but it really effected my workout today and icould not push that last rep with that bothering my head.

- i missed my 270lb benchpress but i normally go 20lbs at a time then stick for a few weeks...thats just how my body works. i went from 245 to 265 in 4 weeks not bad in my book.

- another good week got some good gains, but need to start switching up my workouts a little bit to keep the progression going

Week 7 OverviewWeight ???


- this week i suffered from exertion headaches and could not lift or take part in any sexual activity.... both parts really blow... i pushed my workout really hard on tuesday on 1 leg leg-press and just felt a throbbing on the back of my neck and felt alot of pressure in my head. so i took the week off

-well i have been a little vague on the review of the actual supplement thus far because its about the same every day. i feel a good pump strength is going up at a consistant rate if im eating and i get a nice fullness in my muscles..i could be drinkign more water tho.

-the taste of this stuff is one of the best if had for a powder...but it is nothing i would go crazy about liek some people say i mean some people make it sound liek they would drink it just as a drink to quench their thirst....... but i dont think its anythign alone thoes lines it is however no problem to drink at all mixes liek a charm and i just mix it will about 2-3oz of water and slam it . i have sipped it with about 8oz of water and it wasent bad but i rather just get it over with

- wish me luck next week that my head will be back to normal and i can SFW!!
- I also will be adding GlycerGrow to the mix again at 4scoops pre-workout.

-didnt have time to do all the lifts i wanted to this week but this is my last week comming up so i will really go at it on all my lifts and take my measurments.

- like i said still decent pumps strenght is up and this product lasts forever! 5 stars in my book.

im sorry i did not finish this log in an very professional way. however it was a rough last 4 weeks. i broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years righr befor thanksgiving break and then was gone in colorado for a week then came back to school dealing with the ex and finals. i was not eating at all and only worked out 3 times in this month. however i do have some stats taken before this happened.

Weight 182 up 8 lbs in 8 weeks (a solid clean bulk)
body fat did not measure but frm the looks of it only gained ablout 1-1.5%

measurments i took
Arms: 16in up .5in
Waist:33.5 up 1.5in sad.gif

Benchpress: 275X1 up 30lbs
215X10 up 40lbs
Deadlift: 390X1 up 15lbs
335X6 up 35lbs
Squat: 315X10 up nothing just got back what i lost over summer,,
never maxed out

also i would like to add. for the price alone greenMAG is worth it. it tasted alright, mixed well, and gave me solid strenght gains.
