Day 57Week 6 OverviewWeight 181lbs- another good week got some good gains, but need to start switching up my workouts a little bit to keep the progression going
Day 64Week 7 OverviewWeight ???- this week i suffered from exertion headaches and could not lift or take part in any sexual activity.... both parts really blow... i pushed my workout really hard on tuesday on 1 leg leg-press and just felt a throbbing on the back of my neck and felt alot of pressure in my head. so i took the week off
-well i have been a little vague on the review of the actual supplement thus far because its about the same every day. i feel a good pump strength is going up at a consistant rate if im eating and i get a nice fullness in my muscles..i could be drinkign more water tho.
-the taste of this stuff is one of the best if had for a powder...but it is nothing i would go crazy about liek some people say i mean some people make it sound liek they would drink it just as a drink to quench their thirst....... but i dont think its anythign alone thoes lines it is however no problem to drink at all mixes liek a charm and i just mix it will about 2-3oz of water and slam it . i have sipped it with about 8oz of water and it wasent bad but i rather just get it over with
- wish me luck next week that my head will be back to normal and i can SFW!!
