Chest/Calves- well today i got my allergy shots...and i get them right in my triceps...1cc in each one 2 hrs before i went to work out...oops.

energy was good, but my arms hurt befor i even got to the gym but i needed the PR because i missed it last week and i gotta keep gaining.
