Well this question comes to mind after getting tested on a Biophotonic Scanner which basically test how much of the
vitamins u are taking anti's etc are actually getting absorbed. Well me along with 2 other guys at the gym took the test and our scores came out very low. But people who did not exercise that day or as much scored sky high on the test. THe results I guess are saying that the
vitamins I am taking which I don;t take shit from like Sam's etc are not getting absorbed.
What are some of your guys opinions on this. I do take NOw
vitamins and also GNC
vitamins when they are on sale so I think the brands like NOw are prettty damn good>But it did piss me off thinking I am wasting money on
vitamins that are not getting absorbed.
What are your guys thoughts
