Just as a tip, I found I had better results when I took sesamin with a fatty meal. I believe it has something to do with increasing lymphatic absorbtion

Legs

I have my nutrition analysis done today so no workout.

I did have a softball game so I got my cardio in. I went 4 for 4, Single, 2 Doubles, 1 HR.

The guy who did my analysis is going to email me the results as far as I could tell my bodyfat dropped alot. He did a 7 point test.

As Far as the SesaGlow goes so far I haven't noticed any difference I have noticed I get warm at times after taking a dosage but rarely.
