meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup stuffing
meal 4: 8 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup stuffing, 1/2 cup grapes
meal 5: 1 cup oats, 2 scoops ON Whey w/12 oz milk

protein: 430 g/51% fat: 85 g/23% carbs: 248 g/27%

energy all day. I was hungry every 3 hours and able to finish my meals easily. I made a huge batch of chicken breasts and stuffing, so both days were carbon copies. Boring, but convenient.
