| Age: 31 Sex: M Height: 5'7 Weight: 183 lbs (currently dieting) ~ 11.5% body fat Bodytype: Endo-Meso Training experience: Been lifting for 14 years. Started lifting for wrestling, then switched to focus more on bodybuilding. Current Training Schedule: I lift Monday - Friday focusing on a major muscle group. Cardio Schedule: Medium Cardio Current supplements: Multi-vitamin Beta-C Protien Shakes Short Term Goal: Gain some muscle, boost over plateau. Current Diet & Macros: I always consume 7 + meals a day. Many small high protien snacks Current Daily Water Intake: I'm currently getting between 1 - 2 gallons a day Start Beta-C tomorrow |

| OK, I am offically starting my log today for the USP guy, sorry it's been so long but I have a month of vacation ad I wanted to do the test right. Start C-Beta on 09/17/06 Today I already notice my muscles feel fuller and a bit swollen. No sides to date. Takling 4 pills a day...two before lifting, two before bed. |

| Bud, You need to take with food... Please do this 3 with preworkout meal and 3 with postworkout meal. |

| OK, thanks USP guy. Starting over this week, sick last week bed ridded, 102 fever. Anyway, I will be tqaking 3 preworkout, 3 post. |

| 09/28/06 Third day on Cbeta. Noticed my muscles are much fuller...going back to work out today after a 2.5 week break due to sickness and vacation. Positives: Like the fullness Negatives: Breaking out a bit already, must be from SERM in it, hopefully it passes. I hate breaking out. |

| 10/1/06 Lifted on friday and did more then I thought for being sick and talking two days off. Positives of C-Beta - Feel very pumped and muscles seem tight. Acne increase went away. Negatives - None now. I am excited to see if my recuperation times decrease over the next month. |

| 10/09/06 Positives - Have a constant pump and my recuperation time is shorter. Negatives - Had another little outbreak of acne. So far Beta-0C seems to be a very decent Creatine product. |

| 10/11/06 had a massive pump in the gym yesterday buut I noticed this stuff is really drying me out. My skin is very dry. I am getting some nose bleeds too. GuardDog, What are you asking for? Positives: Good pumps, great recovery. Negatives: More acne, dry skin and nasal passages. |

| 10/16/06 Well my recuperation time has definitely increased a lot and my pumps are awesome. In fact I feel pumped most of the day. Negatives: I am still breaking our a bit (acne) and my face and nasal passages are really dry....I think the driness in my skill and could be causing more acne breakouts.... Could I be getting too much CEE? UPS guy do you know why? It feels like I have been taken tons of psuedophedrine for colds. |

| how much water are you drinking each day? yellow gold and cialabol(which is the name of the beta-c that your taking) both have luteolin in them. i know that usp told the yg testers to drink more water each day, but i drink about two gallons normally. it might be that you are slightly dehydrated? |

| What else is in Yellow GOld? I have been drinking about a gallon a day. I will increase it to 2 gallons and see if that helps. Thanks for the suggestion. |

| My skin feels a lot better today, I was chuggin down the water yesterday. Nasal passsges still feel dry. I am going to keep drinking tons of water for the next two days (min. 1.5 gallons) and report back on Thursday. Skin is starting to clear-up a bit....we will see if it stays that way becuase that is what I hate the most. Being 31 with pimples...just isn't right. Usually it takes my body about 3 weeks to adjust. However, the recuperation time for this product is insane...especially using 3 pills before lifting with workout meal and 3 pills after with post workout meal. For two weeks I was taking what was on the bottle which 2 pills in the morning and two at night, pump was ok, recuperation ok. But this new 3 and 3 method...even though it is causing me to breakout is awesome as far as pump and recperation goes. |
