| So I've got some 00 caps and I was wondering, if I filled them up with the following substances, how many mg would they be? Green Tea Extract Rhodiola Rosea Chocamine Anyone measured these in the past? -vasu |

| for all of them? Wouldn't it vary some? The Chocamine ssays it's about 700mg per 1/4tsp, the rhodiola says it's about 520, and the green tea about 400, and when I empty out the caps it's fills up about 7/8 of a 1/4 tsp ... so i've been estimating that each cap is about 7/8 the ammount written on the 1fast label. But i was hoping to get a more precise figure -vasu |

| yeah it would vary just weight out how much you used total to get an average amount/cap |
