[PRODUCT]241[/PRODUCT] Is it alright to take Animal Pak by itself or would it be time better spent if it were stacked with say M1-T?

Or is Animal Pak and your daily protein supplement good enough?

Animal pak is essentially a mulivitamin with a little bit of amino acids and other stuff adde to it.

To answer your question, you should stay far, far away from M1-T

it is a slow day but I wasn't laughing at your post.

Just laughing at the original question.

I really don't have a comeback for it, it's just that ridiculous. laugh.gif

Whats so funny?

I usually don't see any results from my vitamins unless I stack them with M1T either...

The key to seeing results with animal paks is to use them with oxygenated water, while wearing the strap and sitting on the toilet. biggrin.gif

I felt invincible when I stacked The STRAP with a Lance Armstrong "Live Strong" bracelet and a mood ring.

I upped my curl 237 pounds. smile.gif
