| [PRODUCT]680[/PRODUCT] What type of gains are you guys seeing from this stuff? I mean has anyone kept a journal and documented any type of trend from usage? What kind of recovery do you guys get from it?

I like the reasoning behind this supplement, but I like quantatitive representation if it is possible. Also how does this measure up against Muscle Milk from Cytosport. |

| It's protein, dude, of the micellar/whey mix kind. You can search pubmed for studies on this kind of thing, but no one is going to tell you "I noticed a subtle but definite gain in chest striations when I switched from Evopro to Micellar Matrix". Figure out how many gr of protein you need daily, try to get as much as possible from food, and supplement the rest with the product of your choice. It's not going to matter much whether you use Micellar Matrix or Evopro. BTW, Evopro is the comparable product, not MM. Micellar mattrix is the protein from MXPro40, which is discontinued, just as Evopro is the protein from MM, but without all the fat and sugar. |

| I've tried this protein. Good stuff, good taste. |

| I've used this Micellar Matrix and liked and will probably use it again in the future. It's a good slower releasing protein that I used around bedtime or maybe middle of the day shake (not PWO). But I don't think you're going to find any quantatitive representation of how well it works. All protein gives your body the ability to build more muscle, its up to you to make it possible through hard training. |

| Micellar Matrix is good stuff, I mix one scoop vanilla with one scoop choc ON whey in milk, before bed. |
