anyone know how many oacks can be taken in a day for max effect?

I have taken 2 doses before for a few days, mainly because the flavone complex doses in one stak pack are so low, and i was OK, but i couldnt stop sweating and my heart felt like it was going to rip outta my chest and run down the road! So only try this if you have a strong heart. Also, the amount of synephrine (Bitter Orange) in a double dose is entering toxic levels. See my review on MStak for more info. To be honest ur better off getting the basic (and cheap) Bulk Nutrition Methoxy Powder and seperate high dose Ecdy caps, and stacking them in high doses. That way you can avoid OD'ing on all the other things in the MStak.
